"The car was far smaller than the one ordered. I believe I have been shorted. The driver came dressed in jeans and a hoody, no professional dress code respected. My flight was held upon landing by police and I was unable to leave the aircraft for 1 hour. The fee has been passed on to me. When talking to the company regarding the type of vehicle that was chosen to collect me. I was told that it’s not their fault and that nothing can be done about it. I would like to be adequately reimbursed as I specifically paid extra for a car. The company Soho cars have been wholly rude and have even used foul language on the phone to me and I am extremely disappointed that this is the service that TaxiCode as a company gets behind. "

"The driver didn't know where he was going. Ordered the cab for 18.40, he got here at 19.00. Answered the phone and put the destination into Google maps when he was driving dangerously. Took 45 mins to do a 5 min journey until I put my sat nav on my phone on. Told me he wished he hadnt accepted my booking. Would never use again, sticking to Gatwick taxis. "
