"There seemed to be an issue with the booking platform. I’d requested the pickup for several hours earlier 03:00. I then received a notification at 04:21 that I had a booking for 15:00. I was already at my destination by another means when the notifications and cab arrived. I’d greatly appreciate a refund please as no taxi journey was taken."
